Associate Director, Information Security Engineering – IAM

The Associate Director of Information Security Engineering will build and lead the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineering and Architecture function, serving as the enterprise authority for IAM, IGA, and PAM strategy and execution. This senior technical leader will mature the organization’s identity program, shape enterprise identity architecture for cloud, SaaS, and AI platforms, and collaborate broadly across security, IT, and business stakeholders. The role is based in Boston with eligibility for a flexible (hybrid) work persona.
