As the Associate Director, Americas Cloud & Data Center Lead at Eisai, the role oversees the design, engineering, and operations of hosting infrastructure across on-premise data centers and AWS/Azure environments. This position ensures alignment with global strategies while managing compliance with GxP and FDA regulations, leading a team of 60+ resources, and driving FinOps initiatives. Additionally, the leader supports the operationalization of the Global Capability Center in India and manages significant regional budgets and migrations.
