Associate Director, Integrated Fit Out

As an Integrated Fit Out Associate Director at AirTrunk, you will lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of customer fit-out projects across the Japan portfolio and support regional initiatives. You will oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring consistent delivery outcomes in safety, quality, schedule, and cost while building a team of Fit Out Project Managers. The role involves managing the entire lifecycle of data center fit-outs, including design coordination, procurement, construction, and commissioning, while acting as a senior escalation point for complex technical and commercial issues.
