Associate Director -- International Controllership

This Corporate Accounting leadership position partners with the International CFO and Controller to oversee international business unit accounting processes, U.S. GAAP consolidation, reporting, controls, variance analysis, finance master data, and accounting policy. The role requires a seasoned finance and accounting professional with strong technical accounting and U.S. GAAP knowledge, and a solid understanding of controls. The ideal candidate brings expertise in SAP and other financial ERP systems, knowledge of manufacturing accounting, and a strong process-improvement mindset focused on standardization, automation, and value-driven solutions. Success in this role also requires strong leadership and prior people-management experience, the ability to lead cross-functional and cross-country projects, sound problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
