The Joint Process Team Leader (JPTL) at Lilly is the external business owner for relationships with contract manufacturers, responsible for overseeing outsourced drug product partnerships within DPEM. Based in Sesto Fiorentino and reporting to the Senior Director of Operations OUS, the JPTL is a senior operations leader who represents Lilly to external partners and internal leadership to protect product supply and brand integrity.
