About this role
The Associate Director, Launch Excellence will advance Novartis’s U.S. launch capabilities within the Launch & Portfolio Excellence Group by leading capability-building initiatives and partnering with cross-functional teams. The role supports organizational readiness for multiple upcoming product launches through digital enablement, knowledge sharing, and stakeholder partnerships. It reports to the Executive Director, Launch Excellence and is based on a hybrid arrangement in specified countries with regular travel to the U.S.
