About this role
The Associate Director of Major Giving (Seattle / Bay Area) is a senior fundraising leader on the IRC’s USA Philanthropy team focused on growing private individual support in the Western United States. This remote role (preferred candidates based in or willing to relocate to Seattle or the Bay Area) supports the IRC’s humanitarian mission by developing regional strategies to increase major-donor revenue and engagement. The position works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align donor priorities with organizational needs.
