About this role

The Associate Director Manufacturing Operations Small Molecule will lead day‑to‑day manufacturing activities for small‑molecule API production at Lilly’s new Houston facility, overseeing frontline leaders, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement. The role will also help build the organization, systems, and culture needed to launch and sustain GMP manufacturing operations.
