About this role

The Associate Director, Market Development, West is a senior, field-based commercial role responsible for driving market development for Orca-T in the Western U.S. region. The position focuses on engaging key opinion leaders and centers of excellence to shape understanding of unmet needs in allogeneic stem cell transplant and support commercial launch readiness. It sits within the US commercial organization as an extension of the Marketing team, collaborating closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Operations. The role also contributes to brand building, regional marketing initiatives, and onboarding of key transplant centers.
