The Medical Affairs Operations Lead is a newly created role reporting to the SVP of Medical Affairs, charged with building and executing the operational infrastructure to support Entrada’s growing Medical Affairs function across neuromuscular and other therapeutic programs. The position acts as the tactical engine for Medical Affairs, enabling operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, compliant execution, and efficient resource management in a high-growth biotech environment.
