Associate Director, Medical Coding

The Associate Director, Medical Coding leads and oversees the medical coding infrastructure and activities for Teva’s clinical development programs from Phase I to Phase IV. This role ensures the delivery of accurate and consistent coding for clinical trials while managing outsourced service providers and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The position involves developing coding processes, managing dictionary licenses, and driving continuous process improvement within a global, cross-functional environment.
