As an Associate Director leading Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) within the water sector, you will drive integrated catchment-led approaches for utilities, regulators, and infrastructure providers to enhance biodiversity and water quality. You will guide multidisciplinary teams from feasibility through design and delivery, embedding NBS into asset planning while managing regulatory compliance and client relationships across the UK and Ireland. Success involves delivering high-quality sustainable infrastructure solutions that meet carbon reduction targets and de-risk major water programmes.

Responsibilities

Lead NBS delivery across major water sector programmes
Drive feasibility studies and optioneering processes
Integrate NBS into engineering design and asset planning
Manage specialist inputs and subcontractor relationships

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Planning, or EngineeringChartered Status with CIEEM, CIWEM, or equivalent professional body
