Associate Director of Development

The Associate Director of Development builds and manages a portfolio of major gift donors, cultivating relationships with prospects who can give $100,000+ once the portfolio is developed. The role carries an annual fundraising target (typically $500,000+), involves direct asks, and connects donor interests to The Nature Conservancy’s Michigan and global projects. The position works closely with development and field teams and supports donor recognition, bequest notifications, and use of the donor database.
