Associate Director of Development

The Associate Director of Development serves as a major gifts officer for Baylor College of Medicine, managing a portfolio of individuals, corporations, and foundations to secure philanthropic resources. The role involves developing and managing current and new prospects to achieve annual fundraising goals, with an expectation to solicit $2M and secure a minimum of $1M annually. This position requires independent work, effective donor engagement, and collaboration with Institutional Advancement colleagues to foster program success.
