Associate Director of Development

The Associate Director of Development is responsible for cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding leadership annual donors capable of making gifts between $1,000 and $9,999. This role manages a portfolio of approximately 150 to 200 prospects, building meaningful relationships to increase donor participation and philanthropic support for Oglethorpe University. The position partners with colleagues in annual giving and alumni engagement to strengthen the pipeline to major gifts while supporting university-wide fundraising priorities.
