The Associate Director of Digital Infrastructure Product Management and Agile Execution leads the development and operationalization of a Digital Infrastructure product model focused on Cloud, DevOps, and Digital Workplace services. The role champions cross-organizational partnerships between CIO, Digital Platform, and Infrastructure teams, represents the customer, and supports Agile planning and execution at enterprise scale. This position partners with ITSM and DI leaders on metrics and KPIs and serves as the right hand to the Executive Director to ensure effective planning and delivery.
