About this role

The Associate Director of Engagement partners with Development and Alumni Relations leadership to design and oversee strategic stewardship and volunteer engagement programs. The role drives the execution of the Center's stewardship vision, strengthening relationships with grateful patients, constituents, and alumni, and communicating the impact of gifts and volunteerism to inspire future giving. Reporting within the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg Center, the position focuses on building a network of donors and friends, collaborating with DAR teams to support engagement with advisory councils and donors, and maintaining related governance and reporting infrastructure.
