The Associate Director of Operations & Logistics will lead and optimize ThirdLove’s end-to-end supply chain, balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution. This role drives operational excellence, fosters partnerships with 3PLs and carriers, and ensures logistics capabilities support growth across eCommerce, retail, and wholesale channels. The leader will partner cross-functionally to improve cost, speed, inventory health, and customer experience while enabling new initiatives and international expansion.
