About this role

Rocketship Public Schools seeks an Associate Director of Humanities to lead and drive high-quality, rigorous, and equitable Humanities instruction across their California charter schools. This role owns regional academic outcomes, designs professional development, and provides direct instructional leadership and coaching to ensure strong implementation of the instructional model. The position partners with regional and school-based leaders to strengthen instructional practice and improve student achievement in core subjects.

Responsibilities

Own and drive regional Humanities academic outcomes and equity metrics.
