Associate Director, Operational Excellence

The Associate Director, Operational Excellence leads the development and implementation of continuous improvement and operational excellence strategies for the Bothell Cell Therapy manufacturing site. This role manages the operational excellence team and provides expert guidance to site leadership on deploying continuous improvement principles in a GMP-regulated environment. The position drives a continuous improvement culture and leverages OE skills to implement improvements in performance, capacity, and cost aligned with strategic site objectives.
