The Associate Director will lead the Paveway International program within RTX's Precision Strike portfolio, overseeing a portfolio of six active international contracts with full P&L responsibility. The role involves managing cross‑functional teams of about 100 people, driving cost, schedule, and technical execution, and maintaining high‑frequency engagement with international customers and internal stakeholders.
