Associate Director, PBPK-PD Translational Modeling, DMPK

The Associate Director will lead the development and application of mechanistic PBPK-PD models for oligonucleotide therapeutics and antibody‑drug conjugates, translating preclinical data into predictions of tissue exposure, target engagement, and clinical efficacy. The role involves integrating PBPK-PD, QSP, and AI‑enabled modeling approaches to support target validation, dose prediction, and data‑informed decision making across discovery to first‑in‑human studies.
