Associate Director, Philanthropy

The Associate Director, Philanthropy identifies, cultivates, and solicits prospective donors to secure major gifts and support organizational fundraising initiatives. This role develops and maintains donor relationships through stewardship and recognition while fostering partnerships with hospital-affiliated Shriners Temples and community organizations. The position supports local and national philanthropy leadership goals and contributes to the growth of philanthropic support through strategic fundraising efforts.
