Associate Director, Platform Solutions

The Associate Director, Platform Solutions leads multiple enterprise accounts, establishing discovery-to-adoption operating models, managing the Value Scorecard strategy, and collaborating with Product, L&D, and Client Services to deliver early value and long‑term success. This 3‑6 month contract role oversees solution design, adoption playbooks, configuration, testing readiness, and executive stakeholder communication.
