The Associate Director, Portfolio Strategy & Decision Intelligence provides the requirements and owns the quantitative and analytical backbone that underpins the R&D portfolio's prioritization, valuation, and analytical interpretation to support governance reviews. This role sits at the intersection of portfolio strategy, data science, and commercial analytics, translating complex, uncertain pipeline data into reports and analyses to support decision-ready insights for senior governance forums. As BeOne’s portfolio grows in both size and complexity, this role ensures that prioritization decisions rest on a consistent, auditable, and increasingly AI-enabled analytical foundation, rather than ad hoc modeling rebuilt each cycle.
