The Associate Director, Predictive Analytics will lead the strategic development and organizational adoption of predictive analytics programs to drive commercial impact. The role focuses on Next Best Action and other predictive commercial use cases and serves as the business program owner coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors. This position partners closely with Commercial, Marketing, Field Operations, IT and analytics teams to ensure predictive insights are actionable and measurable.
