Associate Director - Process Engineering

This role leads sterile process engineering activities to support the development and commercial supply of sterile drug products, including vaccines and medicines. The professional will collaborate across formulation, analytics, manufacturing, and external partners to design, scale, and transfer robust sterile processes for small molecule suspensions, ADCs, and biopharmaceutical products. Key responsibilities include utilizing in silico tools, leading technical transfers, authoring regulatory documents, and establishing control strategies for biopharm drug product manufacturing.
