The Associate Director, Procurement, Admin and Logistics (ADPAL) leads and directs the administration, operations, and procurement functions for FHI 360’s Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) country office and its full portfolio of projects. This role translates organizational and donor requirements into operational processes, guides execution, and manages direct reports to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effective service delivery across the country program. The position partners with regional hubs, headquarters, donors, and government counterparts to improve operational effectiveness in a complex, donor-funded environment.

Responsibilities

Lead administration, operations, and procurement functions across DRC country office
Direct supply chain management including sourcing, warehousing, and distribution planning
Ensure compliance with donor regulations and organizational policies for all projects
