Associate Director, Production Technology

The Associate Director, Production Technology leads the strategic direction and operational performance of the technology ecosystem supporting HelloFresh's North American fulfillment network. This role bridges operations, engineering, IT, and automation to ensure fulfillment systems enable safe, reliable, efficient, and scalable operations. The position oversees the performance and integration of warehouse management systems, robotics, and supporting supply chain technologies to drive measurable improvements in throughput, productivity, and cost efficiency.
