About this role

The Project Engineering Associate Director at Lilly’s Lebanon API Manufacturing site will lead the Project Engineering team supporting the construction and startup of a greenfield API manufacturing facility. The role partners with site and plant leadership to develop local capital projects and support the site’s transition into GMP manufacturing. This position is part of site leadership during the 2025–2027 startup period and contributes to establishing the organization, systems, and culture for long-term operations.
