Associate Director, Property

The Associate Director of Facilities will lead and oversee all facilities management operations for AIA Group Office (GO) in Hong Kong across owned and leased properties, ensuring seamless service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence. The role partners with security, IT, HR, Finance and corporate teams to deliver world-class workplace solutions and support senior executives in a Grade A office environment. The incumbent manages amenities, vendors and contractors, drives continuous improvement and implements PropTech and sustainability initiatives.
