About this role

The Associate Director will lead scientific and people initiatives for cell‑based potency assays and bioanalytical testing in a GMP‑regulated vaccine manufacturing facility. This role provides strategic leadership across quality, manufacturing, regulatory, and global scientific networks, driving innovation, capability development, and ensuring robust testing strategies for commercial and pipeline vaccine products.

Responsibilities

Lead development, validation, transfer and lifecycle management of cell‑based potency assays
Build, lead and develop a high‑performing team of scientists and technical leaders
Oversee GMP quality systems, investigations, deviations, CAPAs and change controls
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, regulatory affairs and technical operations on cross‑functional initiatives
Drive innovation through adoption of new technologies, automation and digital solutions
