About this role

As an Associate Director of Quality Assurance, you will lead the QA team supporting the startup and operations of device assembly and packaging at Lilly's Kenosha site. You will oversee process validation, inspection readiness, and the development of a robust quality culture while ensuring compliance with GMP standards. This role requires partnering with production teams to deliver 24/7 quality oversight and driving continuous operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead the Quality Assurance group for device assembly startup and operations
Oversee process validation and qualification of facility equipment
Develop and execute the site quality management system implementation plan
Prepare the site for regulatory inspections and ensure agency readiness
Build and mentor a diverse team to ensure operational compliance
