The Associate Director, Regional Construction leads capital projects and tenant improvements within Link's logistics real estate portfolio, balancing hands-on technical expertise with cross-functional leadership. Reporting to the Vice President, this role ensures projects are delivered safely and on time by managing budgets, interpreting construction documents, and influencing stakeholders across leasing and asset management teams.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of capital expenditure and tenant improvement projects.
Manage project budgets, cash flow forecasting, and monthly regional reporting.
Review construction documents, scopes of work, and change orders for accuracy.
Serve as primary contact for general contractors and third-party project managers.
Mentor and manage a team of Regional Construction Managers.
