Associate Director, Sales Operations

The Associate Director of Sales Operations & Support serves as a key member of the Revenue Operations team, supporting systems, processes, reporting, and training to enable the Corporate Partnerships team to operate effectively. This role focuses on maintaining data quality, supporting Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud adoption, developing reporting and dashboards, and coordinating training initiatives. The position works closely with national and site leadership to ensure consistent execution of organizational processes and provide staff with the necessary tools and resources.
