Associate Director, Scientific Patient Engagement and Advocacy Lead, General/Specialty Medicine

The Associate Director, Scientific Patient Engagement and Advocacy Lead is responsible for developing and implementing a global strategic patient engagement plan aligned with therapeutic objectives, ensuring the patient perspective is central to company work. The role manages relationships with patient advocacy organizations and coordinates patient input across clinical research, value & implementation, commercial, policy, and manufacturing activities. The position partners with internal stakeholders and external patients/advocates to integrate patient insights into decision-making and represent the company externally.
