The Associate Director of Service Engineering is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and operational excellence of Natera’s lab-facing platforms, including clinical systems, laboratory workflows, and data pipelines. This leader manages a team focused on production stability, incident response, and service health while partnering across engineering, lab operations, bioinformatics, infrastructure, facilities, and compliance to support mission-critical genetic testing and diagnostics.
