The Associate Director, Service Topology Engineering leads the engineering and evolution of Optus' enterprise service topology and dependency capability, providing trusted operational context for customer services and network resources. This role owns the strategy, standards, and models that ensure accurate and reusable service visibility across service assurance, AI, and automation. The position drives end-to-end service visibility, faster root cause analysis, and accurate impact assessment while building and leading a high-performing engineering team.
