About this role

The Operational Excellence Business Partner at Lilly provides site-level support for Operational Excellence (OPEX) projects and partners with plant leadership to deploy and sustain OPEX standards across the facility. The role reports to the Operational Excellence Lead with a dotted line to the Plant Leader and supports the site agenda through project execution and governance engagement. The position balances execution and coaching to advance operational maturity and continuous improvement at the plant.
