Associate Director, Operations to lead the operational strategy and execution for a new sterile drug product cGMP clinical supply facility expansion in Rahway, NJ. This role will establish the operating model, recruit and develop the operations team, and drive operational readiness and compliant clinical manufacturing performance. The leader will partner across engineering, quality, validation, EHS, and supply chain to ensure the facility meets aseptic processing and regulatory requirements.
