Associate Director, Study Start‑up

The Associate Director, Study Start‑up leads the operational strategy and management of start‑up activities for clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas. This role oversees CTA preparation, site contracts, feasibility, site selection, recruitment planning, and regulatory package completion, ensuring studies start on time, within budget, and to quality standards. It also manages a team of Study Start‑up Leads and Clinical Operations Specialists, driving process improvements and stakeholder engagement.
