Associate Director, Supply Chain Planning & Procurement

The Associate Director, Supply Chain Planning at Orca Bio leads site supply, production, and material planning for clinical and commercial cell therapy manufacturing in Sacramento. The role owns deployment and optimization of MES and ERP systems to enable end-to-end digital planning and real-time visibility. It is responsible for building scalable, compliant planning and procurement processes and establishing a data-driven foundation for operations. The position also manages and develops a team of planners and procurement staff while partnering closely with Manufacturing, IT, Finance, Facilities, and Quality.
