Associate Director, Supply Chain Planning

Fusion Pharmaceuticals, part of the AstraZeneca Group, is seeking a strategic and analytical Associate Director of Supply Chain Planning to lead clinical supply forecast planning and drive cross-functional alignment. This leadership role serves as the linchpin for global clinical supply visibility, translating complex clinical trial protocols and enrollment forecasts into executable supply plans while directing Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes. The position focuses on identifying risks early and serving as the main contact for supply chain health with internal and external collaborators.
