The Associate Director, Talent Acquisition Operations & Programs leads the development and execution of scalable recruiting systems, programs, and operational infrastructure to enable efficient, consistent, and compliant hiring at Dyne Therapeutics. This role partners with Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and business leaders to improve candidate experience, drive data‑informed decision making, and ensure governance and compliance across the recruiting lifecycle.
