About this role

This role leads the central operations team for Meesho’s Fulfillment & Experience function, with a specific focus on Valmo, Meesho’s logistics initiative. The position is responsible for shaping partner strategy and designing user-centric, cost-effective processes that support Meesho’s e-commerce expansion into tier-2 and tier-3 cities. It involves close collaboration with product and program managers to reimagine logistics and enhance fulfillment and user/supplier experience. The role also owns key performance metrics for the Fulfillment & Experience charter.
