Associate Director, Workday Solutions

The Associate Director, Workday Solutions provides functional leadership for Workday within the HR team, overseeing strategy, governance, and continuous improvement for Core HCM and U.S. Payroll, Benefits, Time, and Absence. This role manages a team of HRIS professionals and collaborates across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Audit, and Compliance to deliver scalable solutions and enhance the employee experience. The position is responsible for leading Workday module implementations, change management, and ensuring robust governance and controls.
