The Associate Director leads the Integrated Reporting and Accountability stream within UBC's Planning, Analytics, and Institutional Research Office, overseeing a team of analysts to drive university-wide strategic planning and decision-making. Responsibilities

Lead the Integrated Reporting and Accountability stream and mentor analyst teams
Design and execute complex data analytics projects for university-wide planning

Develop and implement data governance protocols and quality assurance standards

Skills

Qualifications

Master's degree in quantitative discipline9+ years in institutional research or strategic planning
