Associate Director

The Associate Director will lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic acquisition and disposition opportunities for Skyline Apartment REIT. Reporting to the President, the role oversees the full transaction lifecycle, including financial underwriting, due diligence, negotiations, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders across Canada. The position also supports financing initiatives, IFRS valuation reporting, and presents investment recommendations to senior leadership and the Board of Trustees.
