Associate Director

The Associate Director will own and lead borrower relationships across an assigned SME lending portfolio, ensuring strong portfolio performance, proactive risk management, and high-quality client engagement. The role requires analytical strength, sound judgement, and the ability to structure solutions that balance commercial and risk considerations. This position involves managing borrower relationships, conducting credit analysis, and handling in-life credit events within the Private Credit division.
