Associate Director

The Associate Director is a key member of the fundraising team at Sibley Memorial Hospital Foundation, responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individual annual, major, and planned gifts. This role partners with physicians to leverage the grateful patient fundraising model, with a particular focus on oncology. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to develop productive relationships with faculty, patients, and volunteers.
